NEW YORK, NY June 21, 2004 User-Friendly Phone Book, LLC, a leading independent yellow page directory publisher based in Louisiana announced today that it has acquired the assets of Rio Grande Valley Publishing, LLP (“Rio Grande”), a yellow page directory publisher headquartered in McAllen, Texas. Rio Grande publishes two directories under the name “Fiesta Pages”, which serve Hidalgo and Cameron counties in the Rio Grande Valley section of southern Texas. Circulation for the two directories is approximately 275,000 copies. No other terms of the transaction were disclosed.

Since 1999, the current management team has successfully launched or acquired assets within five new markets, including three of its four largest directories.
