International: Cross-Border Services

In an industry that has become increasingly global, we are especially proud of the multi-transactional relationships the firm enjoys with many of the world's premier media companies, including those based in Europe, Canada, and Australia. In 2000, the firm established a new London-based affiliate, Veronis Suhler International Limited. Veronis Suhler International Limited (VSIL) is registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) expressly to conduct European-based M&A transactions and corporate finance services. VSIL will also spearhead the firm's European private equity activities. The London affiliate, co-headed by former Reed Elsevier co-CEO Nigel J. Stapleton and Veronis Suhler Stevenson Managing Director Marco Sodi, will be a focal point for the firm's activities in the dynamic European media market. Additionally, Veronis Suhler Stevenson has long enjoyed close relationships with media and communications executives in Asia and Latin America.
