Telemundo and Hoy Enter Exclusive Partnership

 Combines Immediacy of Television News and Breadth of Print Reporting in New
                        York, Chicago and Los Angeles

NEW YORK, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telemundo and Hoy, LLC today announced that they have entered an exclusive content sharing and cross- promotional partnership in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Through this partnership, Telemundo and Hoy combine the power of television and print journalism to deliver top local, national and international news and special features to Hispanics in each city.

Telemundo owned and operated stations WNJU-TV (Channel 47) in New York, WSNS-TV (Channel 44) in Chicago and KVEA-TV (Channel 52) in Los Angeles will partner with journalists at Hoy's New York, Chicago and Los Angeles editions to share news stories and produce special news features.

Each station will feature a nightly news brief on topics that will direct viewers to "Read more about this story in tomorrow's edition of Hoy." The local stations and Hoy will also produce special news features on major news events such as debates, elections, investigative stories and other timely topics that are important the Hispanic community. Hoy will also carry a daily weather page from the local Telemundo owned and operated stations that will be referred to on-air during nightly weather reports.

"For Telemundo viewers and Hoy readers, they will get the best of print and broadcast news content customized for them by the best journalists in their area. The companies also agreed to cross-promote the news partnership, shared content and special news features through on-air advertising spots and in- paper advertising.
