The 2004 HGTV Dream Home will also be featured in the January/February issue of Coastal Living(R) magazine.

The annual HGTV Dream Home Giveaway has become a popular institution for HGTV and its website. The 2003 HGTV Dream Home sweepstakes doubled in entries over 2002. Of the millions of entries received in 2003 by HGTV, 90% were submitted online to Home & Garden Television's popular website, HGTV.com .

"'The HGTV Dream Home Giveaway' is the perfect representation of the HGTV brand -- giving our viewers, or in this case one lucky viewer, the experience of having the home of their dreams," said Burton Jablin, president of HGTV. "Though only one person wins the home, every HGTV viewer can take away ideas and inspiration from HGTV's Dream Home 2004 special that can help them turn their own homes into the homes of their dreams."
