SANTA ANA, Calif., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Talon Group, First American Title Insurance Company's new title and settlement services division, today announced that Susan Castle Milne and Steven Carlin have joined the company's Baltimore, Md., operation.

Milne, a 17-year veteran of the title industry, will serve as counsel. Prior to joining The Talon Group she worked with another major area underwriter. Carlin, who has been appointed as agency representative, will be responsible for developing new agent business and maintaining existing agency relationships. Carlin brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and as a loan officer to his new position.

The Baltimore office, which opened earlier this year, specializes in local and national commercial transactions and provides support to Talon agents in the state of Maryland. This experienced legal team is headed by Jack Kieley, an attorney with more than 20 years' experience in the title industry. The team also includes attorneys Patrick Naughton, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, and Storm Feigles, a 10-year industry veteran.
