Opinion Research Corporation's Commercial Marketing Research Unit Forms Strategic Alliance with Greenfield Online

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 19, 2003--Opinion Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCI) today announced that its commercial marketing research unit, ORC International, has formed a multi-year strategic alliance with Greenfield Online, Inc., a pioneer in conducting marketing research via the Internet. Under the agreement, Greenfield Online will power ORC International's online research data collection needs for its syndicated and proprietary research products and for a number of online offerings soon to be introduced. ORC International will also have access to Greenfield Online's panel of more than 1.3 million respondents and to its advanced research technologies.
