Macintosh Based Digital Studio

We are happy to announce the receipt of the second digital studio based on the Apple G4 micro-processor. The G-4 along with Maya, www.alias.com is the same technology used by Pixar, www.pixar.com (NASDAQ:PIXR), the animation studio, to produce the blockbuster animated movies, Nemo and others. The Mac based platform gives us the ability to produce content in the windows based formats as well as the Mac based format.

High Definition Cameras

We have received a commitment enabling us to purchase two state of the art high definition production cameras. The production and editing of content in the high definition format gives us abilities few independent production companies possess. We believe the high definition format is the format of the future and we are committed to producing content in that format.

Heirs to Murder Novel

We recently announced that Darrell Lane was drafting the novel titled, Heirs to Murder. We anticipate the first draft will be completed on or before October 1, 2003. The Heirs to Murder novel will be the first publication from our soon to be announced publishing alliance.

Digital Media Distribution Platform

We along with our internal investment banking division and legal counsel are currently in development of a digital media distribution platform that can be used to distribute digital music, distribute digital feature films, and digital print content.

The digital distribution platform along with our high definition content production capabilities places GPMT in the forefront of independent production companies.
