Prior to joining Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 1999, Tabitha Sam worked in Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein's Mergers and Acquisitions Group, advising on transactions with an aggregate enterprise value in excess of $6 billion. She was actively involved in the acquisitions of Solucient and Data Transmission Network, and retains monitoring responsibility for both companies and is a member of the board of managers of Data Transmission Network.

Ms. Sam earned an AB, magna cum laude, in Political Economy from Duke University.
