Scott Troeller is responsible for originating and developing investment opportunities, transaction structuring, arranging debt financing and portfolio company monitoring. Mr. Troeller joined Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 1996 initially working on many of the firms advisory and corporate finance assignments. He was named a Principle of Fund III in 1999 and then promoted to General Partner of Fund III in 2000. Prior to joining VSS, he was with JP Morgan & Co., where his primary focus was on merger and acquisition advisory work in the Media industry. Earlier in his time at JP Morgan & Co., he also served as a sell-side equity analyst and was a member of an Institutional Investor ranked "All-American" analyst team. Mr. Troeller is a graduate of Rutgers College.
