John Sinatra is Chief Financial Officer of Veronis Suhler Stevenson and a member of the VSS Executive Committee. He supports VSS's private investment activities by participating in accounting, tax planning, structural issues and technical due diligence. He also serves on the board of a number of portfolio companies, including Data Transmission Network, Hanley-Wood, PBI Media and Solucient. Mr. Sinatra oversees all VSS financial functions including accounting & controls, budgeting, human resources, risk management and tax planning. Previously, Mr. Sinatra served as Controller at James D. Wolfensohn Inc., a broker-dealer specializing in investment banking services and was a Senior Manager at Spicer & Oppenheim, an international accounting firm. Mr. Sinatra graduated cum laude from Baruch College with a BBA in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
