Mr. Veronis is a Director of Veronis Suhler Stevenson, in which his primary focus is on business information services and specialty media companies. Since joining VSS in 1999, he has been involved in numerous closed transactions, including the sales of Roper Starch Worldwide, The Official Information Company and DIMAC Marketing Partners. Previous experience includes work as a reporter for New Orleans City Business, The Boston Business Journal and New Jersey’s largest daily newspaper, The Star-Ledger. Mr. Veronis has also served as Associate Director of the Newhouse Newspapers New Media division where he helped develop the business plan for a local, all-news cable channel that eventually became News12 New Jersey, a Newhouse/Cablevision joint venture. He also wrote and directed an award-winning, independent feature film, Day at the Beach, and served as a Senior Vice President at the Avenue Entertainment Group, a film production company.

Mr. Veronis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College.
