Eric Van Ert, CFA is a Director of the Fund. His responsibilities include
sourcing new investment opportunities, structuring investments, valuation and financial analysis, due diligence and monitoring of portfolio companies. He is on the board of directors of Hanley-Wood, LLC and GoldenState Towers, LLC. Prior to joining Veronis Suhler Stevenson, Mr. Van Ert was Director of Corporate Development at Hanley-Wood and currently maintains monitoring responsibility for that company. Previously, he was a Financial Analyst for Lockheed Martin.

A CFA Charterholder, Mr. Van Ert earned an MBA from American University and a BS with honors from Saint Michael's College.
