Jonathan D. Drucker is a Principal of the Fund. Mr. Drucker also serves as the General Counsel of Veronis Suhler Stevenson and its affiliated funds, and is a member of the VSS Executive Committee. Prior to joining VSS in 1999, Mr. Drucker spent 11 years with the New York law firm Rubin, Baum, Levin, Constant & Friedman, where he was a Partner. He was also an Associate with the Wall Street law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Mr. Drucker supports VSS's private investment activities by participating in investment negotiations involving mergers, recapitalizations, acquisitions, financings and joint ventures. Additionally, he advises on the structuring of transactions including legal matters relating to VSS's ongoing merger and acquisition advisory activities. He received his JD from Stanford University Law School and his BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
