Prior to joining VSS in 2002, Errol Antzis co-founded and served as Managing Director of EMX, a GE Capital company, where he led the group's efforts in providing highly structured debt and equity financings to Media companies. Prior to co-founding EMX in 1999, Mr. Antzis served as Managing Director and Division Head of the Media and Telecommunications Finance Group at Paribas (now BNP Paribas). Mr. Antzis founded the group in 1990 and, during the period from 1990 to 1999, Mr. Antzis and his team of 15 professionals underwrote and managed over $4 billion in leveraged loans, mezzanine securities and equity investments for companies in all segments of the Media industry. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Antzis was Vice President of the Eastern Division of the Media, Entertainment and Publishing Group at The Bank of New York. Mr. Antzis began his career at The Chase Manhattan Bank, serving as Vice President and Technical Director for the Media and Electronics Group from 1982 to 1987. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Economics, and earned an MBA in Finance from New York University.
