Margaret V. Young's responsibilities include developing investment opportunities, structuring investments, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, negotiating legal documents, arranging debt financing for Fund investments and monitoring portfolio companies. She is actively involved with Canon Communications and Chemical Week Associates, monitoring operational and financial results and supervising bank relationships. She is also responsible for managing the firm's pool of analysts and associates. Prior to joining Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 1996, Mrs. Young worked at S.G. Warburg with responsibility for strategic planning. From 1981 to 1991, she worked for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, where she ultimately became Vice President-Group Executive of the bank's Media Group.
Mrs. Young earned a BA in Music from Smith College and an MBA from Columbia University.
