Philip Weymouth III leads VSS's activities in the Broadcast, Outdoor, Cable & Entertainment segments. His responsibilities include development of private capital investment and investment banking opportunities in these segments, as well as the Business Information Services and Financial Sponsors segments. Mr. Weymouth previously served as a Partner in J.P. Morgan Capital Corporation's Communications Group, and prior to that he was head of J.P. Morgan's Media, Telecom & Technology investment banking practice in Latin America, working extensively with international companies on financial and strategic advisory assignments in the region. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 1992, Mr. Weymouth spent four years at Alex. Brown & Sons, initially in corporate finance for the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group, and later moving into the Private Capital Group working on private equity transactions across multiple industry segments.

Mr. Weymouth is a graduate of Yale College and the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
