Since joining Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 1996, Mr. Waldman has been active across the media and communications sectors specifically including the broadcasting, cable television, publishing, wireless tower and telecommunications industries. Mr. Waldman's responsibilities include originating and executing investments, monitoring portfolio companies and assisting with the management of the Fund's new business development process. Mr. Waldman has played a key role in the firm's investments in User-Friendly Phone Book, Goldenstate Towers, ionex Telecommunications (now Birch Telecom) and has actively participated in transactions involving Broadcasting Partners Holdings, Spectrum Resources Towers and Triax Midwest Associates. Mr. Waldman currently serves as a member of the boards of User-Friendly Phone Book, GoldenState Towers, as an observer on the Birch Telecom board and previously as a member of the board of ionex Telecommunications. Prior to joining VSS, Mr. Waldman spent four years at JP Morgan & Co., culminating as an associate in the Media, Telecommunications and Technology Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
