John R. Sinatra is the Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director of Veronis Suhler Stevenson and is a member of the VSS Executive Committee. He supports VSS's private investment activities by participating in accounting, tax planning, structural issues and technical due diligence. He serves on the board of directors of Hanley Wood, PBI Media and Solucient. He was previously a director of Yellow Book USA and Data Transmission Network. Mr. Sinatra oversees all VSS financial functions including accounting & controls, budgeting, human resources, risk management and tax planning. Previously, Mr. Sinatra served as Controller at James D. Wolfensohn Inc., a broker-dealer specializing in investment banking services and was a Senior Manager at Spicer & Oppenheim, an international accounting firm.

Mr. Sinatra graduated cum laude from Baruch College with a BBA in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
