Tabitha P. Sam principally focuses on business information investments. Prior to joining Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 1999, she worked in Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein's Mergers and Acquisitions Group, advising on transactions with an aggregate enterprise value in excess of $6 billion. She was actively involved in the acquisitions of Solucient and Data Transmission Network and retains monitoring responsibility for Solucient. She is a member of the board of directors of Solucient and was previously a member of the board of directors of Data Transmission Network.

She earned an AB, magna cum laude, in Political Economy from Duke University.
