Seth E. Rosenfield has been involved in both buy-side and sell-side transactions across many Media segments, with particular emphasis on Consumer Publishing and Business Media. During his tenure at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, Mr. Rosenfield has completed over 20 transactions, including Readers Digest's $760 million acquisition of Reiman Publications, and the sales of Carnegie Communications to Alloy, Multi-media Publishing to PRIMEDIA, and The Larkin Group to Advanstar. Prior to joining VSS in 1998, Mr. Rosenfield held financial positions at Scholastic and Simon & Schuster, a division of Viacom, Inc.

Mr. Rosenfield earned an MBA in Marketing and Operations and a BS in Finance from New York University.
