Brian A. Meyer focuses on the legal and administrative aspects of VSS Mezzanine Partners, L.P. and is responsible for the Human Resources administration of the firm. Mr. Meyer has worked closely with Veronis Suhler Stevenson over the last six years as General Counsel of The Official Information Company (TOIC), a Fund II portfolio company. At TOIC, Mr. Meyer was responsible for all legal, human resources and risk management issues involving the operating companies and was instrumental in consummating 10 add-on acquisitions and the divestiture of all five operating businesses, and handling all legal matters relating to its secured $40 million bank facility and $100 million high-yield public bonds. Prior to joining TOIC, Mr. Meyer was Senior Corporate Counsel at Revlon, Inc. Before this, he specialized in M&A, corporate, securities and banking law at the New York law firms of Latham & Watkins and Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy.

Mr. Meyer earned a BA in History from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a JD from the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt Hall.
