David R. Holland joined Veronis Suhler Stevenson in December 2000 and as part of VSS's International team, based in the firm's London office. Most recently, he worked on the acquisition of Verizon's European Directory businesses in Central and Eastern Europe on behalf of Fund III, having previously been involved in Fund III's acquisitions of directory publishers Fonecta and Telefoongids. Mr Holland has also advised clients in respect of transactions in the Radio, Newspaper, Magazine and Football sectors. Prior to joining VSS, Mr. Holland worked in the Sydney and London offices of  PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of the firms's Transaction Services team.

He has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
