George L. Cole participated in the acquisition of CenterPoint Data and serves on its board of directors. Prior to joining VSS in 2000, George Cole served as Co-Head and Managing Director of First Union Securities' Media & Entertainment Investment Banking Group. Mr. Cole's group was responsible for the origination of investment banking and leveraged finance activity for all of the media and entertainment industry relationships of First Union. Mr. Cole first joined First Union Securities in 1987, beginning his career at First Union in Leveraged Finance at the firm's New York office.

Mr. Cole earned a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Houston.
