J. Morgan Callagy joined VSS in 1996 in New York and is currently based in the firm's London office, which oversees all of VSS's international activities. Mr. Callagy is responsible for the sourcing, negotiation and oversight of private equity transactions across a variety of Media segments. Mr. Callagy was actively involved in Fund II's acquisitions of both Yellow Book USA and Centaur Communications and, since joining the Firm's London office, has played a key role in each international acquisition, including: ITE Group, Xtreme Information, Pepcom, Fonecta, De Telefoongids and the acquisition of Verizon Information Services' European directories business (Mediatel). Mr. Callagy is a member of the Board of Directors of Xtreme Information and Mediatel.

Mr. Callagy is a graduate of Georgetown University.
