Errol R. Antzis serves as Co-Manager and Managing Director of VSS Mezzanine Partners, L.P. He is jointly responsible for the origination, underwriting, structuring and management of all portfolio investments. Prior to joining VSS in 2002, Mr. Antzis co-founded and served as Managing Director of EMX, a GE Capital company, where he led the group's efforts in providing highly structured debt and equity financings to Media companies. Prior to co-founding EMX in 1999, Mr. Antzis founded and served as Managing Director and Group Head of the Media and Telecommunications Finance Group at Paribas, a position he held for approximately ten years. Prior to Paribas, Mr. Antzis was a member of the Media and Communications Groups at both the Bank of New York and Chase Manhattan.

Mr. Antzis graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Economics, and earned an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
